Booked a family room at the hotel for us when travelling in Europé by car with 2 teenagers. We arrived just after the restaurant had closed but the staff was so nice and managed to fix sandwiches. Great big room for all of us and a fantastic breakfast buffé. Nothing missing. Even a orange juice machine pressing fresh oranges! Easy and safe parking for 18€. Can highly recommend staying here if you are passing Hamburg by car.

Having stayed at other Leonardo hotels, i Regrettably have to say that this particular the hotel can be considered old and in need of , investment /modernisation. Specifically, rooms/ Bathrooms/ TV, air conditioning really could do with modernisation, (not as nice Maritim at the airport), ..... and yet the Professional and Personal service by motivated staff make it a great stay, to the point I keep on coming back year after year after year! All staff - in Reception, Bar, Restaurant consistently provide great personal service, and this is the one specific thing that brings guests like me back over and over again! There are too many great people to thank , nonetheless thank-you to Gabi, Chris, ALL bar staff, thank-you especially to the 3 Chefs preparing Breakfast in the restaurant (I do not know all your names) , your personal service is very much appreciated by this guest, Danke schön!

We have used the hotel for park & fly for the last 10 years and each time we have not been dissapointed.

Just one suggestion... You have people checking in at all different times (being an airport hotel). Please advise guests to refrain from talkin in the hallway or may be even post notices that reads "Please refrain from talking in the hallway..."

We had a very good experience at Leonardo Hotel, except that the aircondition did not work. The room was clean and had a good size, the staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was really good - the best we have had on our vacation. Thanks for a good stay.

Stayed here for one night only travelling trough Germany. The location is close to the autobahn, and very easy to find. Nice big room that could fit a family of four without problems. Very nice breakfast - worth the extra fee.

Mrs. Herzberger had arranged for a nice room, clean and spacious, plus a sweet surprise. A R E A L pleasure after being on German autobahn and leaving next morning quite early. Even taxis to the terminal were in stand-by. Thx.

This hotel is a gem for the overnight traveler in transit through Hannover airport, but the amenities make you want to stay a lot longer. The restaurant offers varied choices, healthy fresh foods, and spectacular presentations. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Beds are comfortable. Individual climate controls make a comfortable stay.

The check in Sr. was very very friendly and helpful. I was with my family (2 small kids late at night) and he was very Patient. I felt like a very good choice. I asked for a baby crib and very seldom people remember in other hotels. But it was there and very clean. Excellent

Everything about this place is TOP! Highly recommend it if you fly in/out of Hannover. There is a hotel shuttle if you have a lot of baggage. Pool is drained due to Covid, just to be aware.

Have always enjoyed Leonardo hotel, and I'm sure this will keep-up! The only drawback was that the Breakfast starting at 6:00 is too late for an airport hotel.
