Staff were very good generally but one fellow really stood out and I am so sorry that I can't recall his name... but he was beyond helpful! The hotel is clear that they are doing some upgrades; they did not impact our stay at all.

Beautiful place to stay

Quite close to the city center, easily accessible to public transport and also car parking is available at a reasonable price. No gym, but nice running places near by. Stayed 2 nights and it was comfortable. No complaints.

Location is amazing, rooms with balcony are amazing Have stayed here more than 20 times and will continue to do so

I enjoyed my stay here. My room had lots of space and looked out over a park. Central train station and bus/ trans are very close. I would just like to have some brighter lighting in the room for the option of doing some work.

The whole team was great and helped us to have great time in Heidelberg. The hotel location is super. Housekeeping was also good.

I like to stay in the Heidelberg city Leonardo and have stayed very regularly in the past 6 years. Friendly staff that makes me feel not lonely while I am away from home. Location very close to the Altstadt make it easy to have a nice walk.

The air-conditioning in my room didn't work for the few days I stayed there, but I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was comfortable, room was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sumptuous and had lots of great options. The hotel is strategically located close to the city center, old town, as well as the main train station. Bus and tram stations are directly opposite to the hotel for easy access to all parts of the city. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

In the first room we got was completely wet carpet, but our room has been changed after our complain immediately. Thank you for that.

This was my 20th time in the hotel of my 25th visit to Heidelberg, do I need to say more

I liked all the equipements provided in this room (1 desk + 2 small tables + 1 little sofa). The room is so confortable, clean and modern. The temperature was too much warm in the room (even we manually switch-off the heating) and we had to sleep with the windows open (even it was end of October).

Very convenient for the centre of Heidelberg which is within easy walking distance. The room was large with a mini bar and plenty of coffee, tea etc. The beds were comfortable, the room quiet so all in all a great stay. Parking was available under the hotel so convenient if you have a car.
