Amazing hotel. Best breakfast choices I have ever had in a hotel. Reception staff really helpful in getting us Real Madrid tickets. Only one minus was only one bar staff on when it was match day meant along wait for drinks it would have been helpful to order online for food and drinks.

Highly recommended for football fans. With very good connection with city center & airport. Great bar, Friday music and very tasty breakfast!

It was a nice stay.

The hotel is nice. The room was even more of a surprise, they've set up a table for my birthday package quite nicely with a special greeting card from the hotel. It is a very nice hotel with many facilities.

The hotel was ideally situated for are trip to see Real Madrid ,friendly staff and a good vibe.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful, despite arriving early we were able to check in. jorge was so lovely even from contacting him via booking.com days before arriving. He knew us straight away and was very helpful. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the metro & we had a wonderful stay, thank you for your hospitality.

Good in parts poor in others

My second stay in a bigger room - turned out it was only the terras that was the extra space - but it was nice! The rooms are clean, looking nice, but small. The bed was excellent (medium hard). The paintjob looks a little fastly done - especially in the bathroom. Parking just below hotel - more expensive than public, but very easy. Nice bar with all kinds of drinks. Only bad thing to say is that the breakfast food is often cold - especially when there is not a huge replacement due to early morning or few guests. But all very good quality. A gym would be nice as the only thing missing. Will come back.

Hotel has nice and fancy decor. Very modern looking, really liking the aesthetics, especially the retro arcade machines. They are functioning ones as well. My only complaint was how small the rooms are. Very tight on space, especially if you have a medium to large sized luggage. I really like the body wash in the bathroom. Smells amazing. Would recommend this hotel for stay if you are going to watch the game at the Bernabeau nearby.

I've stayed in this hotel before and chose this for my recent stay, because its great. Could do with some more plant based options on the menu, but it is Spain and they are very big meat eaters.

Excellent atmosphere and excellent location for those looking to be close to the stadium. The room size is very small.

I had to sit on the bed to use the desk. maybe a confortable chair would be better and more space between the bed and the desk Reception could be more kind Everything else great! Thank you

I like the hotel and the proximity to the business area of Madrid. In general it was good, they also improved my room size at no cost. The staff was helpful and polite.

Although there for a short time, it was a very pleasant experience.

My go-to hotel every time I go to Madrid (a couple of times a year). Great location, fun and unique decor and ambiance, super helpful staff, great and comfy rooms. The bar and rooftop are fantastic too.

We went to Madrid to see Cirque du Soleil. It was close enough to the Nuevos Ministerios (Calle Orense) metro station to get around on the number 6 metro line. Great connection from this station with the airport. Very nice hotel - would be good in summer to use the rooftop bar and pool. It's not in a super touristy area but if you are going to a game at the Bernabeu or around the area, it is perfect.

Fancy hotel where everything looks new. Breakfast was really great. Nice bar with a lot of choice. Close to metrostation

OK - But too much money for such a very simple Hotel !!! Although it's a time of the Fruit Attraction .

I go to Madrid a couple of times a year to visit my family in Spain, and I love staying at the NYX. It's a super funky and cool hotel. Clean, with amenities, good staff, and the rooftop pool and bar are awesome. It's also walking distance to the Nuevos Ministerios metro station, which connects you to the airport. It's always a unique experience!

I didn't get his name but the gentleman on the rooftop pool area in the evenings was excellent. He was a tall gentleman and couldn't have been more accommodating

We want to give extra credit to the man at the breakfast buffet. We dont know his name, but he had glasses and black clothes, and worked everyday. He Was very good at his job, and Was very friendly and nice. Very efficient and helpful :)

The hotel was so nicely air conned the whole time including the room. Everywhere was very clean, even the bar area when busy was kept clean. The pool was a saviour in the heat of summer and pool bar drinks were really reasonably priced. Breakfast was quite expensive so we didn’t opt for that. It was a shame the lobby bar wasn’t open whilst we was there as it looked really nice. Room was made up very nicely from maids however it didn’t get done until about 4/5pm some days which was a bit annoying as that was the time we got back from being out during the day. Everything else really good! The comfort room was bigger than I expected, loved the coffee machine and use of mini fridge was great!
