100% recommend it’s a great place

Found the hotel after quick internet search of the area. Ideally located near the station, with easy walking to all major tourist parts. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Bar well stocked. Feels like a boutique hotel, but supported by the bigger brand. Liked the little design touches including the free arcade machines and roof terrace.

Great hotel, clean smallish rooms but adequate in size if you don’t have much luggage. Staff are amazingly helpful on reception, bar staff equally lovely. No car parking on site but a good public park only a couple minutes walk away, hotel discounts the parking

Excellent location. There is a public parking lot just a short distance from the hotel.There is only one problem. The shower/toilet is in a glass room. You can't really see what's going on in the shower, but I wouldn't share a room like that with someone who isn't my life partner or really, really close to me

Helpful friendly and welcoming staff. Great location near the old city, yet the room very quiet. Outstanding bathroom. Tea and coffee in the room. Two types of pillow. I loved it.

Everything was excellent

Very friendly staff, everyone from check-in to checkout! Clean and modern, with a very warm atmosphere. Not optimal with (partly frosted) glass walls in bathroom/toilet, but ok considering the overall standard. A small (!) detail: Some instructions for the air conditioning would have been useful. Thanks for a really nice stay!

IT ALL comes down to the staff, including the leadership. The NYX Hotel Bilbao was spotless, comfortable, and most of all friendly! Every facet of the quality of our stay can be attributed to the positive energy and work ethic of the staff, at every level! The Front Desk Staff, lead by Maya, is the welcoming face of NYX Bilbao. Luis was our savior, helping us garage our car when the Bilbao Police were about to ticket our car because we misunderstood a nearby parking space rule. Thank You, again, Luis! The room was spotless, as I've said, the breakfast was fresh and delicious and the location is perfect and scenic. The NYX Bilbao is lively, yet the service is traditional, and the rooms restful. And, not least of all....it was a great value! We highly recommend the NYX Bilbao!

Everyone was so nice and friendly, the check-in person was lovely, and specially the woman who helped me with the check- out. She was so helpful, sweet and kind. A+. Sorry, I’m bad with names. Everything was perfect! Definitely we will visit you again with more time. Beautiful hotel! Great location. Thank you for an spectacular experience. I would like to mentioned that, as an adult woman, I will love to find Kleenex and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

Perfect location for sightseeing and going out for pintxos. Lots of restaurants and eateries nearby, but nice to have the restaurant in the hotel as well. Very comfortable.

We loved this hotel! The staff was very friendly, and the room was spacious and clean. Splurge for a terrace room…totally worth it for the views and cool breeze. I highly recommend this hotel

Excellent location, great hotel woul recommend

NYX met and exceeded all expectations. From the great friendliness of the front desk reception staff to the room cleanliness all was great. Major kudos to the daytime staff who was helpful with luggage check, checkin, and checkout among other things. Service with a smile and an amazing spot close to all major Bilbao attteactions. Loved my stay here!

A lovely hotel, perfectly positioned in the middle of Bilbao. We will return. The only small downside was the lack of soundproofing and privacy in the bathroom.

After our flight was cancelled we stayed one night in NYX hotel, it was wonderful to find such a lovely, clean spacious room in a great location, our early morning wake up call and Taxi were both on time.

Our stay at the hotel was very complicated . One positive factor was the proximity to many of the attractions. One thing that was unexpected was the celebration of “ Aste Nagusia” going on all week. There was hundreds of people walking around drinking, music going and lots of noise to be able to relax. Certainly will go back but not during the month of August.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff in reception. The video games in ground, 5th and 8th floor was very appreciated by our kids. Roof terrace was closed for refurbishment. Next time I’m Bilbao we’ll definitely come back here.

The «dot above the i» might be an untranslatable Norwegian expression, but our stay at this hotel accentuated our experience in a positive way. Everything from greeting and helping us getting settled via giving us full attention during our stay to completing the checkout was 10/10. I will definitely recommend my friends to visit this city - and stay at the NYX.

I enjoyed my stay, however for each of the three nights that I stayed Mon,Tue,Wed, I had trouble sleeping because of the position of the hotel being very close to the concerts outside. Normally I would have enjoyed this greatly and would have considered it even a plus, however it was a business trip and I had to sleep in early, but I couldn't because the music outside was very loud. Monday I woke up at 3am to travel to Bilbao, Tuesday and Wednesday I woke up at 6 to travel to work office and on Thursday I had to wake up at 3am to get ready for the flight back. I am now traveling back and I am VERY tired. I don't know if every day in Bilbao is like this, with a concert outside, or if I just got "lucky" :) Thank you for everything else, I enjoyed it !

The room was well designed to create a spacious feel with great lighting. The shower was wonderful and the sheets felt great. I enjoyed a spectacular view of the sunrise from a comfy bed.

Highly recommend. Close to everything, friendly staff, great value for money.

As a single traveler from the US this hotel is perfect. Great location, easy city parking (as easy as it’s going to get) and a very modern and clean hotel.

I loved the room: quiet, cozy and warm, the bed is enormous and very comfortable. The location is unbeatable and the continental breakfast is a great plus. Finally I loved the retro arcade machine!
