Very nice rooms in a great location, staff were very helpful. Everything was great from top to bottom. Nice touches like fresh water at reception, good little gym with fruit and nuts, fast elevators, lots of towels... Our son is a wheelchair user and had no problem navigating the lobby or rooms. We would have stayed again on our way back to the UK but they were all booked up, understandably. Parking is about 200m away and about 25 EUR per day and the rooftop bar was closed from some reason during peak season.

Beautiful, convenient, and very good hotel. Cleanness of the room, staff service, location, and others were so nice! Flont staff could prepare early check-in service with good view room responding my pre-request. Room cleaning was also nice. Location was also so convenient to go anywhere. Only a problem was that window of the room did not shut noise of outside. Because the hotel locates in front of large square at center of old city, outside was so noise even until midnight. Thus, the room was so noisy even late night and I could not sleep well.

A few things could be improved: - The shelf around the sink i. the bathroom should be larger. - A hook for hanging a towel directly on the glass wall so you can grab it when you get out of the shower. - The bench has a hole i. it. - Adjusting the window handles makes them difficult to open, especially the sloped window. - And, you'll have to do something about the mold that's growing i. some of the joints soon! But I really enjoyed it and will probably be back for the next Blues Festival!

My family and I enjoyed staying in this classy hotel. The location was ideal, walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and activities. The bed and linens were very comfortable, and I had some of my best sleep during my 17-day trip around Spain. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, nicely decorated, and showed attention to detail. I 100% recommend this place for a visit to Bilbao, and I hope to come back soon!

The hotel was great. We only stayed for one night before going on to San Sebastián. Asier on reception was wonderful and helped us booked our bus to San Sebastián when it seemed liked they were all sold out. Brilliant experience 😊

Hotel was ideally situated for the old city area and about 30 mins walk from the main bus station. Great rooms, quiet and blackout curtains. Already booked another stay.

Modern hotel, great location, very central and easy to find, lovely room, clean, spacious, comfortable bed, very good bathroom, nice bar and dining area, all staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Everything about the hotel was as expected .... except the roof terrace was closed for refurbishment. This was a huge disappointment as it was the factor which decided our choice to stay in the NYX. We were only notified when we checked in and if we had been notified a week earlier we would have chosen a different, less expensive hotel.

Enjoyable / comfortable experience where all the staff were knowledgeable and very professional.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at the NYX Leonardo in Bilbao. The room was lovely, overlooking the Arriago Theatre. Of particular note is how well soundproofed the windows were, there was no noise at all from outside, and there were excellent black out curtains. Bed was big and very comfortable, and room clean. It was a little disappointing to discover that the rooftop bar and terrace was closed, as we were looking forward to that, but there were plenty of other things to do and see during our stay.

No better location to stay in Bilbao, easy access to the old town, Plaza Nueva, trams, taxis, buses, etc. I spent a marginal extra amount for a jnr suite with balcony and it was well worth the money. Comfortable bed, good shower, dark room (with curtains closed) and near silent AC - I have absolutely nothing to complain about :-)

I missed complimentary bottles of water. We received one bottle for 2 people only the first day and nothing more for a 4 day stay.

We had a great experience at NYX Bilbao. The location is fantastic, the staff are nice and attentive and the facilities are great. Just one little piece of constructive criticism: The breakfast was very good, but it could have more variety. We would definitely recommend it to our friends and family and we will come back soon!

Great Hotel in the center of Bilbao, modern room, lovely breakfast. Friendly staff. Located between the old and new town of Bilbao right by the river and within walking distance to most of the attractions. Highly recommend it.

Superbly located hotel within a very short walk of Plaza Nueva. We had a large terrace with a great bathroom and a large comfortable bed. Staff were on the whole friendly and helpful.

Great location, really clean facilities and a beautiful city view, yet our experience was undermined by the restaurant’s staff rudeness during breakfast, as they almost refused to accomodate us despite the obvious availability of tables.

Ideally situated for the old town with its square full of bars. 25 minutes gentle walk along the river to the Guggenheim.

I've visited this hotel before and had the same good experience, friendly staff and beatiful hotel, ideally positioned in the city. This time I had a room which was of lower quality and view, but all the required comfort was available, besides tissues. Anyhow, the total experience is good.

Perfect location with friendly staff. The room was fine, though it was often quite cold. We asked for an extra blanket. The bathroom was very good, but placed in the middle of the room and would not really be suitable for two people sharing who were not a couple, as it seemed to lack privacy. It would have been good if there had been Netflix or some channels in English over and above BBC News. Overall though, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was value for money and very near to public transport station and Taxi

The hotel location is fantastic and the facilities are great. There should be a warning about the toilets being glass since some people may find this intimidating, it was challenging for our children. The views were breathtaking. The breakfast can be improved.

Overall a pleasant experience.
